Snow Incorporation began with a simple yet powerful dream — to serve the people of American Samoa with dedication, reliability, and integrity.

In 2018, founders Wayne Snow and Lumana’i Snow started the company with just one service in hand: janitorial cleaning. With limited resources but unlimited determination, they worked tirelessly, earning the trust of every client, one building at a time.

As their reputation for hard work and honesty grew, so did the business. Landscaping services followed next, bringing life and beauty to outdoor spaces across the island. 

Driven by a vision to become more than just a service provider, the company took its biggest leap — expanding into construction and renovation services. Through perseverance, faith, and strong community ties, Snow Incorporation built a name that now stands for quality, safety, and dependability. Soon after, Snow Incorporation began supplying and delivering sand, backfill, and mixed aggregates, filling a vital need in the construction supply chain.

Today, from its modest beginnings, Snow Incorporation has become a trusted contractor for various ASG (American Samoa Government) projects, contributing to schools, health clinics, public infrastructure, and more. Each project is a testament to the journey — from sweeping floors to laying foundations.
